All orders placed with Ecoyolo (Shanghai Danqing Zhilian Information Technology Co., Ltd.) are confirmed by email and signed sales contract before shipment.

Processing Time

After order confirmation, we require 5–7 business days for procurement and quality inspection before dispatch.

Shipping Methods & Transit Time

We ship internationally from China. Typical transit times: North America 7–15 business days (express) or 15–30 business days (economy line). Actual shipping method, cost and estimated delivery date are stated in your quotation and contract.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email once your order is dispatched.

Customs & Duties

Unless otherwise agreed in the contract, import duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
