Return & Refund Policy

退换货政策

We want you to be satisfied with every Ecoyolo purchase. Because orders are confirmed by contract, return terms in your signed contract take precedence; the following are our standard terms.

Damaged or Defective Items

If items arrive damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos at [email protected]. We will replace the affected items or refund the corresponding amount per the payment route agreed in the contract.

Returns

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery after written approval. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, via the same channel used for the original payment.

Non-returnable

Items damaged by misuse, or returned without prior written approval, are not eligible for refund.
